About the artist

Bulldozer is an Italian heavy metal band formed in Milan in 1980. Known for their raw sound and aggressive style, Bulldozer quickly made a name for themselves in the underground metal scene. The band’s music blends elements of speed metal, thrash, and black metal, often characterized by intense guitar riffs, pounding drums, and gritty vocals.

The original lineup featured Alberto “AC Wild” Contini on bass and vocals, Andy Panigada on guitar, and a series of drummers, with Rob “Klister” Cabrini being the most notable early member. Their debut album, The Day of Wrath (1985), showcased their ferocious energy and gained a cult following. Subsequent albums like The Final Separation (1986) and IX (1987) solidified their reputation for producing hard-hitting, uncompromising metal.

Despite disbanding in 1990, Bulldozer’s legacy endured, leading to a reunion in 2008. They have since continued to release new music and perform live, maintaining their status as one of Italy’s pioneering extreme metal bands. With a career spanning over four decades, Bulldozer remains a seminal influence in the metal genre, known for their relentless drive and unyielding sound.
